Sugar Creek was an easy kayak, as far as we could go. It flows north out of Keuka Lake, but we could only paddle about 1 mile north on the creek before it narrowed too much. We then paddled down toward the main lake and along the shore a little bit, stopping at a marina to picnic lunch before heading back to our launch point on the creek. The next few days are promising rain so we are glad we took advantage today to get out on the water.
After a day on the water we enjoyed playing corn hole and dinner in the campground...Brats on the grill, bean salad, baked beans, peppers & onions, and cucumber salad. No one had room for dessert.
