Monday we drove up into Jefferspon National Forest on a narrow 2 lane road to visit friends Jim & Pat Cady.
They are long time friends who we have not seen in many years. They live on Upper Craig's Creek Rd, about 25 miles from the VT Stadium. Their farm is larger than I remembered and we got a tour of it while there. Mostly we just enjoyed catching up and reminiscing times spent together over the years. The four of us had dinner at Bibos Italian Restaurant in New Castle and this morning Pat fixed us a large breakfast of homemade sausage, farm fresh eggs, cured bacon, and biscuits. We hated saying goodbye and hope it is not so long before we get together again.
