We are driving to Bristol today, 300 miles and saving the last 300 miles for tomorrow.
We stopped at Buc-ee's for fuel. There weren't many places to walk Gus, but we made due.
There were no problems getting through Knoxville...can't say the same for the folks going the other way!
Enjoyed the scenery...the hills of East Tennessee.
Our overnight stop was Tennessee Hill's Distillery just off the I-81 ext in Bristol. It was a great stop. We tasted lots of different liquors from bourbon to vodka to creamy drinks. We bought several bottles, then went upstairs for dinner. Jim got the wings smothered in sauce and I got the chicken basket along with a lemon/blueberry drink with lemon vodka.
