We are staying at James Island County Park, just 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. We are joined here by Neil & Kat Lambert for a few days.
Today we visited Patriots Point and took a tour of the Yorktown, an aircraft carrier that was in service through two wars, WWII to the Vietnam War. The guys also toured the submarine nearby, while Kat and I sat on a bench enjoying the scenery.
