Monday we enjoyed spending the day with Rod & Lynn Wade. They stopped over in Jacksonville to see us before heading to Ocala and Clearwater. We had lunch at a great little seafood shack just before the ferry, then took the ferry across the inlet to Talbot Island. From there we visited Kingsley Plantation, including the plantation house and the slave house remains. As we were finishing up our walking tour, the rains came, so we headed back to camp. Later we went over to their hotel for pizza, salad, beer, and VT basketball. VT beat Duke by 1 point....yah!!! Wades left early the next morning.
