Gus and I took an early morning walk through the park, before most people were up. We headed out on our walk about 6:45, and returned about an hour later....2+ miles, 5 pees, 2 poops, and lots of sniffing (by Gus) along the way. There is pollen in the air, and Gus has started to shed. QUITE THE COMBINATION!
Jim was up when we got back. He made waffles, and we watched some news before getting outside to read. It was a quiet day...we need those sometimes! Gus and I took another walk after lunch but kept it shorter. He kept looking for shade as we walked....76 degrees out, but it felt hotter under the sun. He spent most of the day outside, mostly in the shade.
