It was another windy day, but it didn't keep us from exploring the area today. We stopped in at the Jupiter Lighthouse, then headed further south along the A1A to the Juno Beach, a beautiful stretch of beach along the coast. If it hadn't been so windy, we would have enjoyed a walk on the beach, but the wind was blowing the sand across the beach and against our legs....not a pleasant feeling. When we left Juno Beach, we drove down to John D. MacArthur State Park and spent a few hours walking the paths, going to the visitors center, and walking across the bridge to the ocean beach. It was still too windy to hang out on the beach very long, but the views throughout the park were beautiful. This would be a great place to kayak in good weather.
