Yesterday we welcomed blue skies that have stayed with us for at least another day...2 more days if the forecast is correct. We got outside to enjoy it even though it was a little chilly in the morning. We even took Gus to the dog park for the first time. His paw seems to be healed to we felt he would like to run; and run he did! He was by himself at first but then had some company from 3 other larger dogs and he ran some more! After being cooped up for 3 days he was very happy to "stretch" his legs.
The story began with a 5-week journey in a 1997 RV, from Richmond, Va to Utah and back, July 23 through August 27, 2011. The next step included the sale of that RV and the purchase of a larger, classier RV we call Princess. And so our adventures continue.

2 Days of Sunshine ...
Jim and I made some adjustments to my bike so the handlebars are closer and that feels better. Gus and I took a long walk so he could visit with anyone who came along. The thermometer says it's 65 degrees out this afternoon but it really feels like 72 in the sun. I am hoping we have clear skies again tonight so I can use the stars app that Mark McClain introduced me to. I saw 2 planets last night...they look like bright stars but the app says they are Uranus and Saturn.
