Yesterday, Sharon Anderson and I went off without the guys to visit Apalachicola, wander the streets and the various shops, and enjoy lunch at a cafe with tables out on the street. We had a great time hanging out and exploring. My only purchase was a garden turtle that will likely hang out in the flowerbeds at home.
When we returned mid afternoon. Jim and I took a walk in the beach before dinner. It was our turn to host dinner again. We fixed grilled pork chops, red potatoes, broccoli, garlic bread, and Sharon brought salad. Dessert was the last of the brownies.
This morning we had rain showers until about 11 am, after which Gus and I went for a walk with Sharon and Hunter. All was well until Gus tried to get Hunter to play, and Hunter got a bit aggressive, something we dont see often. All is well, no dog is injured. We just have to keep them apart when walking them together. The Anderson's leave us tomorrow morning to go visit Todd and family in Pensacola.
