Topsail used to be a private RV resort, and most of the sites are set up that way, with electric, water, sewer and cable tv. The sites are level, some paved and some gravel. We are in site 118, which is a nice site with lots of space for everything. There are plenty of places to walk or ride our bikes and we have done both. It is about 2 miles down to the beautiful beach, and an additional few miles out to a small lake on the western side of the park. There is a swimming pool, but aside from the fact that the temperature is a bit cool, the pool is closed because of Covid.
