Our drive to Arkansas, Cherokee Park in Morrilton, was quite eventful. Our GPS messed up twice. The first time was after we got off to get gas. Because of construction we couldn't get back on I-40 at the same exit and the GPS directed us west instead of East. My phone helped us out of that. The second time was as we entered Morrilton on our way to the campground. The RV gps directed us to go under a 9 ft bridge which we could not do. Then the phone GPS directed us in crazy ways. So we drove on roads we should not have been on....finally making it to our campground. It was a long day and to top it off, Jim was accused of taking out a lady's fence even though there is no damage to the RV. We will have to deal with that next week, or let our insurance agent deal with it.
The campground is on the river close to the Power Dam. There is a boat ramp used by local fishermen....don't know how good the fishing is.
