Cruising the Bay

Today we rented a pontoon boat from Lagoon Pontoons for half a day, 11 am - 4 pm. Mark drove the boat most of the time and Lori did a little time driving the boat to learn how to do it, while Jim and I relaxed with Gus. Gus was a bit nervous about the ride although he liked being with us. We went around the Lower Lagoon and the Upper Lagoon, anchoring near St Andrews for lunch while listening to the music coming from ashore. 

WHEN WE GOT BACK TO camp, we enjoyed some coctails before going up to the pier for the sunset.

From there it was time to go back and fix dinner of shrimp, tripletail white fish and salad. For dessert, Lori & Mark surprised me with a birthday cake of ALL chocolate...delicious! I was also treated to a White Russian.  This was our last day with the McClains. They leave us in the morning to head home to Midlothian, VA. It is always great to have them join us for a few days this time of year.
