Gus and I took a long walk on one of the trails until Gus got frightened by something I did not see. He then bolted back the way we came, dragging me with him.

Hart Springs Park
We are staying 2 nights here...just to see what the place is like. There is almost no cell signal, to the point where Jim and I drove to Chiefland to the Walmart parking lot so I could tutor last night using Zoom. The campground itself is very nice. The sites are nicely spaced and it provides full hookup.
This afternoon, Jim and I rode our bikes down to the springs at the main park. We also walked out on the boardwalk to the river, the Suwannee River. It was moving quite fast but the view was beautiful. We saw plenty of fish and turtles, and one young alligator.
