2021 started off very peacefully today. We took Gus for a walk on the beach and talked with a few fishermen along the way. We didnt see anyone catch anything, but one of the men said he had caught 3 fish, all good size, so his dinner was taken care of.
I learned how to pay for washing laundry using an app instead of quarters...turned out to be rather simple to do, and the first $5 worth was free. I still have $.75 left after washing and drying a load of darks.
After finishing the laundry, I sat on the beach for a while looking for any whales on the horizon...none spotted today, but I'll keep looking.
We are having pork and sauerkraut, potatoes and salad for dinner to hopefully bring prosperity in 2021. Our entertainment is watching some football. Alabama is currently ahead and we hope that continues.
I am also on Can 2 of my 12 days of wine gift from Steve & Jenna. This one is much better than the first one.
