Our last day at St Andrews State Park in Panama City has been a beautiful one - sunny and 62 degrees for the high. Gus and I took a long walk around the park including letting Gus get his feet wet along the bay. We found a converted bus that is much older than our RV, as opposed to the fancy motorhome parked next to us for 2 days. They pulled out this morning, headed somewhere west as they slowly make their way back to Oregon. Across from us is a Class C camper with a car that has a windup key on the roof....quite funny.
Tonight we are having friends Leland and Bambi over for a taco dinner. We first met them 7 years ago in Pensacola just after we had gotten Gus. We have managed to stay connected ever since. They will be staying here as volunteers until April, while we move on down the road.
Photo "borrowed" from Facebook....we were too busy visiting to get a photo before they left.
