A cold front came through overnight, with lots of wind and rain. We took the awning down last night to keep the winds from damaging it. The rain stopped about 8 am this morning and the sun came out but the temperature began to drop from 65 down into the 50s during the day then down to 40 this evening. It will get colder overnight down to about 32, but no ice or snow and no temps in the teens like back home. We were very glad that Steven left last evening before the bad weather hit Richmond to fly to Rochester, MN. His 1st day of appointments at the Mayo Clinic there is tomorrow. We hope they can figure out what is going on with his body and find a solution.
Today was laundry day and grocery shopping day for us. Gus still got his 4 walks throughout the day as well. We are settled in for the evening, even Gus.
I'm sharing the bed with Gus while I finish the blog post and read my book.
Have a good evening wherever you are.
