We crossed the Missouri River one more time and saw the Dignity Statue just before crossing the river.
Then as we got closer to the Badlands we saw advertisements that included antique fire trucks.
Finally we arrived at the Badlands and our campground. Mike and Joanne, our guests for 2 weeks, arrived before us, due to a serious accident just outside the campground.
Once settled we all enjoyed the afternoon sitting in the shade and chatting for some time. For dinner we stayed in camp and cooked chicken on the grill, corn on the cob, and tossed salad.
Having changed time zones again, we all settled in early for the night.
