Today was a travel day. Mike and Joanne and Paul and Mary drove up to Sheridan, WY for lunch and then on to Little Big Horn, the site of Custer's Last Stand, before meeting up with us in Cody at the Ponderosa Campground. Jim and I went directly to Cody since we had already done those things another time. It was still a very long drive, about 8 hours on the road. We ran into rain, fog, long inclines up to the top of the mountains in Little Big Horn National Forest as we crossed Wyoming. Our highest altitude was 9800 feet. One town we drove through has a population of 10 with its own post office. Below is a sequence of pictures along the drive to Cody.
