Time for Grand Teton National Park and Jackson Hole! We have been dealing with smoke from the fires to the west, including California, Oregon, and Idaho. It has made it hard to see the Teton Mountain tops around us. We drove down through the park, seeing the ranches that surround the park with horses and cows in the fields.
We continued our drive to Jackson Hole, a beautiful town that was hopping when we got there. We enjoyed walking the streets, in and out of shops, having lunch at the Silver Dollar Saloon, stopping at a charming little bakery, and having a drink at the Milion Dollar Cowboy Bar where the bar seats are saddles and there are silver dollars embedded in the bar top. Paul & Mary took a stage coach ride through town and enjoyed that. We all had a fun day and shared our experiences at dinner back at camp that evening.
